Promote the “Green Economic Recovery for building back better: low emission and climate resilient” of the Ecuadorian Government through the preparation of the diagnosis of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the Ecuadorian economy and the implementation of NDC measures together with the formulation of the green economic recovery strategy.
Potential Impact
The main effects of the pandemic on Ecuador’s economy and NDC implementation are identified. This allows for the generation of a green recovery strategy focused on recovering the economic sectors and territories most affected by the pandemic as well as accelerating the implementation of the NDC and other climate action projects.
