The quantification of the volume of freshwater consumed is carried out according to the methodological guidelines of the ISO 14.046 Standard and the Water Footprint Network (WFN). This calculator allows a first dimensioning of the consumed water of the ISO standard (equivalent to the green water and blue water of the WFN). The water consumed has two components:

• Direct: Water consumed by the operation based on inflow and outflow.
• Indirect: Water footprint of products used in the company’s supply chain (e.g. electricity, fuels, agricultural products, etc.).
